Syaahaar is a skincare brand developed by the skincare product research and development team, Dhulikhel Hospital, Kathmandu University Hospital in 2013. The non-profit, non-governmental, community-focused Dhulikhel Hospital has made a name for itself in Nepal over the last 20 years as a leader in accessible, high-quality healthcare. With the same purpose-driven mission, Syaahaar was established with the goal of producing high-quality skincare products and using the profits to provide Dhulikhel Hospital’s free medical care for impoverished areas. By blending innovation with compassion, Syaahaar aims to redefine the relationship between beauty and responsibility, positioning itself as more than just a skincare brand—a symbol of care, inclusivity, and empowerment.

The growing demand and overwhelmingly positive feedback led Syaahaar to extend its doors to the public outside of Dhulikhel Hospital. Therefore, the brand approached us with the goal of increasing its digital presence and expanding its reach to a wider audience. With a purpose deeply rooted in social responsibility, the brand needed a digital strategy that could not only enhance visibility but also communicate its commitment to making a positive social impact. The objective was to create awareness about the brand’s initiatives while positioning it as a trusted name in skincare through impactful online storytelling and marketing efforts.

We developed a clean, soothing, and aesthetically pleasing content and creative strategy for Syaahaar that highlighted its identity as a doctor-approved, research-based skincare brand from Dhulikhel Hospital, Kathmandu University Hospital. We took a storytelling approach to convey how the brand was founded for a social cause that helped the brand create a positive image for itself. Our approach focused on authenticity, natural ingredients, and ethical production practices, reinforcing the brand’s trustworthiness and scientific credibility. The visuals and messaging emphasized skincare benefits, ensuring a calm and professional aesthetic that resonated with consumers.
