Fightback is a pioneering sexual violence risk reduction education program dedicated to empowering women and girls with vital mental, vocal, and physical skills to prevent, mitigate, and manage the risks of sexual violence. By equipping participants with the confidence and tools to protect themselves and others, the program fosters a sense of safety and empowerment wherever they go. Fightback’s holistic approach extends beyond individual learning, actively engaging boys, men, parents, and educators to create a safer and more equitable society. Fightback sought to amplify its digital presence to reach a broader audience and effectively communicate its mission of empowering women and girls while fostering a culture of safety, confidence, and collective responsibility. As a program dedicated to combating sexual violence through education, their primary requirement was to create an impactful online platform that would raise awareness, engage diverse audiences, and encourage participation from individuals, families, and communities. The digital strategy needed to highlight their unique approach to safety education and reinforce their commitment to addressing current threats while promoting resilience and social accountability.

Our Strategic Vision For The Brand

Our thought for Fightback began with addressing the lack of open conversations around female safety and violence prevention. We believed the first step was to create awareness by initiating discussions on social media, ensuring the topic gained visibility and relevance. From there, the focus would shift towards promoting Fightback’s training programs through impactful photos and videos, highlighting their importance and encouraging participation. By showcasing why such training is essential, we aimed to gradually build awareness and engagement across digital platforms, laying the groundwork for a strong and impactful online presence that supports the brand’s mission.

Content & Creative Strategy

For Fightback Nepal, we developed a powerful content and creative strategy focused on raising awareness about female violence and empowering women, especially targeting young women under 28. The objective was to educate and sensitize this audience, particularly unmarried women, on how to recognize, prevent, and fight against violence. We crafted content that highlighted rape statistics, the severity of violence, and preventive measures to equip them with the necessary knowledge. The visuals were bold, direct, and unflinching, depicting the harsh realities of violence to trigger a response. Our creatives were designed to be eye-catching, informative, and impactful, ensuring they grabbed attention and evoked strong emotional reactions. Photo and video shoots were done to produce powerful, relatable visuals, making the message even more compelling. We also implemented SEO strategies to ensure that Fightback Nepal’s message reached a wider audience through online searches related to safety, self-defense, and women’s rights. This approach was critical to spreading the message across Nepal, as the statistics and facts shared were essential to help the target audience understand the gravity of the issue and take preventive action.

Social Media Marketing

Our focus was on creating a robust social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to raise awareness about sexual violence and its prevention. The content was consistent, informative, and designed to communicate the urgency of the issue. We shared real-time statistics on different types of violence and highlighted how perpetrators often approach victims, providing practical safety tips and preventive measures. The goal was to create a sense of reality—showing that these incidents are not just statistics but real-life situations that could happen to anyone. The designs were created to make the content visually compelling, ensuring that the message was impactful and would stick in the minds of the audience. This approach aimed to educate, inform, and empower people to take necessary precautions and be more aware of their surroundings.

Website Design

We worked on the Mobile App UI/UX design instead of website design as per the client requirement. Using Figma, we created a user-friendly, visually engaging interface that prioritizes accessibility and ease of navigation for users. The app’s design reflects the brand’s mission to raise awareness about sexual violence while ensuring that users can easily access crucial information on prevention, statistics, and resources. The app’s interface was optimized to encourage engagement, making it simple for users to explore the content, access safety tips, and receive updates on relevant campaigns. 

Brand Strategy

As for the branding strategy of Fightback Nepal, we created impactful T-shirt prints with powerful messaging, designed brochures to spread awareness, and enhanced the brand’s digital presence. We established a consistent thematic approach across all platforms, ensuring that the brand’s mission to combat sexual violence was communicated clearly and effectively. The visual elements, combined with engaging content, positioned Fightback Nepal as a bold and accessible resource for raising awareness and educating the public on sexual violence prevention.

Ad Campaigns

For Fightback Nepal, we ran a highly impactful paid ad campaign on Facebook focused on raising awareness about syringe attacks and how to prevent them. This topic was widely discussed at the time, and our campaign aimed to educate the audience about the dangers and preventive measures related to such attacks. The creative content highlighted the urgency of the issue and encouraged the public to take necessary precautions. The campaign sparked conversations and was effective in reaching a broad audience, making it a critical part of Fightback Nepal’s mission to educate and empower individuals against potential threats.
