Content & Creative Strategy
To align with CG Hills Premium’s sophisticated identity, we crafted high-quality content and visuals that emphasized its luxury, modern architecture, and eco-conscious features. Our content strategy went beyond standard updates, incorporating progress reports on construction, festive campaigns to stay culturally relevant, and branding that remained consistent with CG Corporation’s legacy. The creatives prominently featured 3D designs of the villas, highlighting their elegance and functionality. We also leveraged the project’s prime Bhaisepati location, emphasizing its serene environment while maintaining proximity to Kathmandu and Lalitpur. Moving beyond the initial client requirement of website development, we also generated and managed leads through strategic content, influencer collaborations, and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, enhancing brand traction.

For social media, we focused on Facebook and Instagram—platforms most frequented by potential homeowners and investors. Our strategy revolved around lead-generating content tailored for pre-booking and ongoing sales, ensuring maximum conversions. We maintained a balance between aspirational content that showcased CG Hills Premium’s lifestyle appeal and informative posts that guided interested buyers through the booking process. Additionally, we managed digital sales inquiries through social media, ensuring a streamlined and engaging experience for potential clients.
Website Design & Development

We developed a custom WordPress website with a premium aesthetic, integrating SVG interactions for a visually engaging experience. Prioritizing functionality and scalability, we designed the website with SEO best practices, implementing Yoast SEO to ensure long-term visibility. Security was a key concern, so we implemented Wordfence to safeguard user data and website integrity. The website not only served as an informational hub but also provided a seamless lead capture system, ensuring that prospective buyers could easily engage with the brand.
